Pricing questions

  • Can I change tiers later?

    Yes. Switch up or down anytime from your billing settings — Stripe Customer Portal handles the proration automatically. No paperwork, no sales call, no end-of-month delay.
  • What’s a Prime credit?

    A unit of Prime AI work. Drafting a customer message, generating an invoice summary, running a route optimization, briefing your morning, answering a question against your business knowledge layer — each draws from your monthly credit allowance. Most operators don’t come close to their cap.
  • What happens if I run out of Prime credits?

    Top up with a one-time $19 credit pack (1,000 credits) from your billing settings. Or upgrade your tier — every tier above includes more credits per month and unlocks more autonomous actions.
  • Are SMS messages charged separately?

    Each tier includes a monthly SMS allowance — 500 on Core, 1,200 on Pro, 3,500 on Premier. If you exceed it, top up with a $15 one-time pack (1,000 messages) or upgrade your tier.
  • Can I accept customer payments through PrimeX?

    Yes. PrimeX accepts cards in person (Tap to Pay) and online, plus e-transfers. Subscription billing and customer-payment processing are independent — turn either on without the other.
  • Is there a free trial?

    You can sign up, set up your business, and explore the product before adding a card. Tiers start at $199/month on Core; switch tiers or cancel anytime, no setup fees.
  • What if I have more team members than my tier includes?

    Pro includes 10 seats and adds $25/month for each additional seat. Premier and Enterprise include unlimited seats. Core is capped at 2; the moment you need a third, you’ll be ready for Pro.
  • What’s included in Enterprise?

    Everything in Premier, plus SSO, custom seat counts and credit budgets, dedicated success and solutions teams, white-glove onboarding, and custom integrations. Pricing is custom and depends on volume — email support@primex.it.com and we’ll scope it together.
