We typically reply within one business day. For urgent issues affecting customer billing, scheduling, or live jobs, please mark your email URGENT in the subject line and we will prioritize it.

What to include

When you email us, the fastest resolution comes from including:

  • Your business name (so we can locate your workspace)
  • The email address you sign in with
  • A short description of what you were trying to do
  • What happened instead
  • When it happened (approximate time + your time zone)
  • Screenshots or screen recordings, if applicable

Common questions

I can't sign in

First try resetting your password at primex.it.com/forgot-password. If the reset email doesn't arrive within five minutes, check your spam folder, then email us.

A teammate needs access

Admins can invite teammates from Settings → Team on the web dashboard. Each teammate receives an email invite with a one-tap join link.

I need to change my plan

Subscription plans are managed on the web at primex.it.com under Settings → Billing. Plan changes take effect immediately.

Data export

You can export your customer list, job history, and invoice records at any time from the web dashboard under Settings → Data. Exports are delivered as CSV within a few minutes.

Deleting your account

Account deletion is available on request. Email us from the address associated with your account and we will confirm deletion within one business day. Deletion is permanent — we cannot recover business data after confirmation.
